These terms are only valid for B-Design* painting orders.
o To buy the helmet and B-Design painting:
Just send us the balance for the chosen helmet. The B-Design painting and other options and accessories (iridium visors, fins, cleaners, etc.) are payable once the helmet is completed.
o To buy the painting, options and other accessories (helmet provided by you):
To confirm your order, just send us your helmet.
You will be asked to pay for your order in full shortly before the painting is finalised (generally 3 to 8 weeks after sending your helmet following the scheduled completion date).

The painting forms for your helmet (downloadable from our website) must be completed and sent to us by email or post when you confirm your order.
Important: After a period of 7 days, no order can be cancelled once the helmet or payment for it is received.
Our lead times are shown as a guide only and may under no circumstances constitute grounds for complaint.
No mandatory deadline will be accepted.
However, B-Design will make every effort to deliver your item under the best possible conditions.
Only helmets with the “express lead time” option are made for a given date.
However, even in this specific case, the delivery time may under no circumstances constitute grounds for complaint.
Under law 80.335 of 12 May 1980, the products and goods remain the property of B-Design until full payment.
In case of total or partial non-payment for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to retain or take back all products or goods at your own cost and risk, with no other formalities required.
In the event of a dispute, the court in Lyon will have sole jurisdiction.
Deliveries are made in the same order as orders arrive, and after payment for the goods has been made in full.

• Colissimo tracked parcel (48h/+): €30 (€1500 insurance included).
• Chronopost (24h): €60 (goods fully insured)

We do not accept cash on delivery.
Goods travel at the addressee’s own risk. We cannot be held liable for any delay, loss or damage.
Upon delivery, check and inspect the condition of the parcel as well as its contents. In the event of damage or loss, you must state this on the delivery slip then make a complaint to the carrier by registered letter.
